You once felt safe
Secure, protected
In this haven of yours

But it never came to your mind
That you are all
Alone, abandoned

While you believed your speech
That powerful speech
Had marked in everyone's thoughts

All you really did was to
Escape, flee
Your own mortal terrors

And when you did think
About how foolish your hiding was
You started to shiver

Harrowed by your own obstinacy

And so you screamed
Squealed as you realized
The dark room you are in

Is truly a shadowy hell
Made to silence your voice
And you have nowhere to run to
